Shipping Policy — NVRSTL™

At NVRSTL™, every order is packed with intention and shipped as quickly as possible. We believe in keeping things simple, transparent, and reliable.

 

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods, product drops, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we’ll communicate any major delays clearly.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Australia

- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

International

- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.

NVRSTL™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@madebyaevor.com before your order is dispatched.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once parcels are handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist in locating the shipment.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.

These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable.
